The Sepehr Bastar Company, as one of the most active companies in rendering services in fields of road construction projects, has a vital role in improving our motherland and utilizing the local capabilities and capacities. In this transcendental way, this company aims to implement the Integrated Management System (IMS) based on ISO standards of OHSAS 18001:2007, ISO 9001:2008, and ISO 14001:2004 in order to improve performance, ensure of procurement of the requirements, and increase the satisfaction and trust of all interested parties. Sepehr Bastar Company follows the below mentioned principles and guidelines on its efforts, and believes that it is committed to achieving them:
- Modifying and optimizing existing processes and activities to continuously improve the organization’s performance
- Expansion of construction activities and the high-power presence in tenders and implementation and planning and precise control of projects.
- Increasing the quality of projects and satisfaction of employers in project implementation
- Preventing injury, illness and work-related accidents for the company’s human resources, by meeting legal requirements.
- Prevention of environmental pollution and the optimal use of energy resources
We believe that we can achieve the above stipulated goals and objectives by the co-participation and cooperation of all colleagues in an intimate environment coupled with organizational discipline and observance of its rules and regulation.
